Noir’s short, sleeveless dress is made entirely from delicate stretch tulle, featuring a velvet flocking print in a sophisticated floral pattern. It is soft and stretchy, offering exceptional comfort when worn. It hugs the body and features a large oval cut-out at the back. The high neckline has a button at the back for easy fastening.
Material: 90% polyester, 10% spandex.
